Pretty Sunflowers

Sunflowers
Good morning it's the first day of spring here in New Zealand and it's a lovely sunny morning with some lovely wispy clouds in the sky. This card I made on Sunday night for my husbands PA that was leaving after 4 1/2 years and anther 3 years before that part time. He's really going to miss her we always joke with our partners that they spend more time together during the day than her husband and I do with them. They were a great team but she was ready for a change.

Card Recipe

Base: White SU card stock. Papers: Aqua Magnolia paper, yellow card I had in my stash and Magnolia Pattern Paper inside the card. Image: Is Sunflowers from the very talented Chris Dark at Sketching Stamper. Chris has some amazing images and they are wonderful to colour and so easy to use. Colour Medium: Copic Markers and Glass finish for the Vase and the centres of the Sunflowers to give a 3D effect. Tools: Cuttlebug and Textile Texture Embossing Folder. Embellishments: Ribbon and Crystals from my stash.

Challenges I'm going to enter with this card:

Cupcake Craft Challenge one colour theme and Allsorts Challenge Park Inspiration. Stampin for the Weekend Anything goes.

Thank you for dropping by to have a look at my creations wishing everyone a wonderful weekend.

Hugs
