Blooming Lovely.




Welcome to my blog, that right it's Easter this weekend and depending where you are or what the weather is like you might have time to yourself and do a little crafting.

Congratulations to our winner and to our Top 3 cards great work everyone.

Today is Wednesday and that means we're having another wonderful Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 and this week I'm the hostess over there so don't forget to pop over and see what the rest of the design team bunnies have created especially for you this week.

This card is so easy you'll have time to make two or three of them this Easter and enter it into Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 challenge.

Here's my card using Blooming Lovely from DigiStamp Boutique.  There are some lovely images in this set as well as sentiments.

Card Recipe:
1. Base: White SU
2. Coloured Card: Yellow & Black Bazzill
3. Design Paper: Harper's Hue from American Crafts
4. Image: From the Blooming Lovely set from DigiStamp Boutique
5. Colour Medium: Copics and Black Embossing Pen.

6. Tools: Cuttlebug, Embossing Folder, Spellbinders Opulent Oval Set, glue stick, pop dots, glue dots, real tacky glue, Glossy Accents.
7. Embellishments: Black  and yellow satin ribbon, black button and a Loop Flower I created thanks to Janice from Stamping Mad that gave me the instructions.
8. Inside my card: Using one of the sentiments from this set Thanks A Bunch.

  16. Such a gorgeous card Kathie. I love your vibraint color scheme. I am trying to get caught up from being gone to Arlana's. It was a really nice get away. Since I have been back this week one of the gals I work with quit and I have had to hire a nother person for her position. So, it has been a really busy week. Have a Hppy Easter with your family!!
