Good morning. Today, I have a card I made a little while ago for a special friend from Across The Miles.
I had seen that someone else had made a very similar card, and I can't remember who it was to give them credit for their work.
This design with the pleats was something quite different.
As you can see, the pleats are at the bottom. It reminds me of my school gym dress many years ago with box pleating.

I love the colours and the pattern on the bottom design paper. The top paper is nondescript, it doesn't taking away the look of the lovely floral paper.

4. Embellishments: Silver ribbon from my stash, flower from two dies, gems from my stash.

ReplyDeleteYour card is lovely and such a clever use of patterned papers! I remember the blue box pleated skirts we wore in gym class back in the day. I like box pleats but they are outdated. It is nice to be able to use them on a card!
