PRETTY HYACINTH


 Good morning, and welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for visiting. 
Today, I have the second sketch over at 
Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

Sketch # 323
This sketch is using up 4 design papers, and it's great to use up all the scraps we all have and keep for a rainy day, or you love them so much you don't want to use them up or part with them.  I'm guilty of that.

2. 613 Avenue Create Challenge March 2026 Anything Goes Top Rocker Award Week 15-21 March 2026
It would have to be a good friend, Tania, she has every card I've ever made for her over the years and sent me a video of them all.

Card Recipe:
1. Base: White French Linen card stock.
2. Coloured Card: Bazzill Plum
3. Design Papers: Purple Hyacinth Pack 6 x 6 

4. Image: Very Old Rubber stamp I picked up in a garage sale.

5. Colour Medium:
Copic's

6. Dies Used:
Spellbinders Classic Petite Large Ovals, & Lacey Ovals, Classic Large Circles and Lacey Circles.

7. Embellishments:
Gem & Mauve Gems and green ribbon from my stash.

    I have seen your beautiful card on a couple of challenges that I have entered and had to come and take a closer look. I would love to know the make of the design you used.

    Love the colours on your beautiful card Kathie, it's so pretty. I love hyacinths but couldn't have them in one office where I worked because one of the guys that worked there was allergic so we kept them in the ladies lol! but when he retired he bought me 3 pots of them.
