HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Good morning and welcome to my blog.  Today I'm showcasing a card I made for my husband's birthday, he is Irish hence the shade of green.  This card was totally out of my comfort zone.  It didn't have flowers or a coloured image.  But I do find it hard to make masculine cards.  There are only so many fish you can colour, folded shirts and ties, so I gave this a go and I was really pleased with how it turned out.  Also, I was able to use up a lot of scraps.

A quick peak of the inside of the card.

Challenge's I'm Entering:
(That photo was perfect as my husband is Irish and that's why his card is a shade of GREEN)
( Snippets of all leftovers out of my box of leftover ribbon, jute, last button and scraps of paper leftover.

Card Recipe:
1. Base: Kraft Card
2. Coloured Card: Bazzil Palo Verde
3. Design Paper: Gypsy Rose

5. Sentiment: From Gypsy Rose

6. Embellishments: There are too many to name
Scrap paper from my stash, brads, hessian, leftover ribbon from my son's wedding, buttons, and gold gems.
etc, etc

7. Tools Used:

8. Stamps Used: A vintage set of digital clocks.

9. Dies: All unbranded dies.

10. Inside and the back of the card:

Take care everyone and happy crafting.
