AUTUMN
Good morning everyone, here is my card for Craft Calendar's 1st monthly challenge being Autumn. So hard for me to think of Autumn as we are in Springtime in the Southern Hemisphere and the daffodil's are out and the baby lambs are running about (and I forgot to say it snowed the other day only 3 1/2 hours away from us, yes we had a cold snap) LOL. But joking aside this was a first for me I've never made an Autumn card and it was really had to think about what I could do especially at 2am in the morning when I was meant to be sleeping or and in the morning having a shower. LOL

To make the card look Autumn I've layered leaves upon leaves around the Scarecrow as he's in the garden at the end of the season and everyone has forgotten about him except for the Blackbird keeping him company.
Well here's my card.
Card Recipe
Card Stock: Cream Bazzill for the base. Paprika Bazzill and a light brown looks like a brown paper bag colour not sure what brand but wasn't Bazzill.
Design Paper: Unknown brand a friend left a piece at my place after using my Spellbinders (Thanks Jen). I then stamped the paper with the same stamps on the side of my card in cream and heat embossed it to give it a pattern doesn't really show up in the photo but look really neat and great to touch.
Image: Scarecrow from Digi Delights by Louby Loo this was one of their Friday Freebees
Colour Medium: Water Colour Pencils and Gel Gliter Pens
Embellishments: Garden Stamps, Leaf Punch and Twine
Sentiment: PC generated font Papyrus Paprika Colour
Tools: Water Brush, Cuttlebug, Spellbinders Classic Square and Nestabilities Labels
String, Cream and Paprika Veramark Ink Pads, Heat Gun, Clear Embossing Powder
I'm really looking forward to next month for the Winter Challenge, by the time I get to make a Summer card our Summer in New Zealand will be well on the way.
Take care and thanks for looking
Hugs
