Sweet Sketch Wednesday Sketch #172 Sponsored by DigiStamp Boutique

 Graduation Louie
 from DigiStamp Boutique

Good morning everyone and welcome to another wonderful Wednesday which means it's Sweet Sketch Wednesday.
Today's card is for my son Liam once he Graduates from his present school and goes onto College next year.  He doesn't finish school until 12th December our Wedding Anniversary so I thought I would give him his card then and a little present to go with it.
As this card has been made for a young teenage male, I really didn't want to use a flower for my embellishments so I decided to make my own Graduation Certificate and Graduation Cap or Mortarboard as it's given name and I'm just so pleased how my card turned out.

Congratulations to our winner and our top 3 cards, great work ladies.

Here is this weeks Sketch you'll love the results and it's very simple and straight forward to make.

Sketch #172

My finished card using Graduation Louie.

A little bit about Sally-Ann Hancock the owner and designer for DigiStamp Boutique.

All images/designs are created and copyright owned by Sally-Ann Hancock. My work means the world to me - it allows my passion to draw and create, to fit with my family life too - often the inspiration for my designs. Hope you enjoy as much as I enjoy creating.

This week our lucky winner will be able to choose
6 Digi Images
From DigiStamp Boutique

The team at Sweet Sketch Wednesday really appreciate Sally-Ann's  generosity being our monthly sponsor since Sweet Sketch Wednesday started and for giving our winner each month 6 Digi Images to choose from her website.
Every month Sally-Ann has a wonderful selection of new images to work with and there's images there that would suit everyone's taste.  Also if you've never used a digi before she always has a new freebie image each month for you to download and have a play with.
If you haven't visited DigiStamp Boutique before or it's been a while here's where to look for her images.

A little Bio on two amazingly talented ladies the mother and daughter team from

Digi Doodle Shop

Sweet Sketch Wednesday Sketch #149

Sponsor
 Digi Doodle Shop

Good evening followers this posting was meant to be scheduled and due to be posted at 12.01 am on Wednesday morning.  I completed my posting last week and scheduled it for 11th April 2012 before going to our beach house for an Easter break and extended holiday with my family.  Just before it was due to be posted Wednesday evening New Zealand time I realised I had a spelling error in my post so decided to edit it and I don't know what I did but I edited all the contents to blog land and all that posted was my title.  I did this from my iPhone as I was still up at the beach house, I was completely gutted, I then thought I would try to edit last weeks post and see what would happen to that YES I lost all the contents of that as well into blog land.  By then I wanted to pull my hair out.  As it had started to rain I told the boys we were packing up and coming home where my reliable computer was sitting.
I apologise for this posting not being on my site when it should have been.  So now I know from experience don't even try to edit from your iPhone BIG MISTAKE.

It's Sweet Sketch Wednesday and congratulation's to last weeks winners, I commented on so many beautiful cards you all surprise me every week with your amazing creations.

Arlana has another amazing sketch and I just adore this one as it really shows off our amazing images and our wonderful design papers.
