HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Good morning/afternoon or evening to where you are in the world.  I'm posting this birthday card I made for my wonderful sister's 70th birthday.  That does make her sound a bit old but it only feels like yesterday we celebrated her 50th birthday and paid for her to jump out of an aeroplane to do a parachute jump, better her than my I would have to say.  She did it and loved every minute of it.

Every year I try and make something a little different for her and this is what I made with this beautiful design paper.

Think Pink

 Today I'm posting a card I made a while back and have never posted but today I thought it was time.  I made this card for my son's girlfriend for her birthday when they were together.  She loved her card and I was very happy with how it turned out.

1. Base: White French Linen card stock.

2. Coloured Card: Kasisercraft Candy and Silver card.

3. Design Paper:  By Kaisercraft Cottage Rose 6 1/2 x6 1/2

4. Sentiment: This statement is also from the Kaisercraft Cottage Rose pad.

5 out of six of the dies are unnamed dies and I also used Spellbinders Tear Drop die.

 

7. Embellishments:

Silver brads, gemstones, and the ribbon which was a perfect match, and the silver corners were all from my stash.  The silver butterflies were made from my butterfly die which I love.

Wedding Day

Congratulations Mr & Mrs

Congratulations to a very special couple that got married recently we were privileged to be part of their special day and our eldest son was the groom's, best man.

As I had designed their wedding invitations I knew what colour the bridesmaids were wearing that's why there's a touch of burgundy roses on the card.
