NOEL CHRISTMAS MOUSE BAUBLE

Good morning and welcome to my blog.
Today I'm featuring a card for my Polkadoodles Digi Choosday design team.
Our theme we had to work with was very open; it had to Sparkle & Shine.  Mine definitely sparkles and shines.
I’ve created a Christmas Bauble card that stars this adorable Noel Christmas Mouse PD8216, one of the very first Polkadoodles images I ever purchased. The image is of a charming Christmas Mouse riding on top of a sparkling Christmas bauble, perfectly capturing the festive spirit.  The Christmas Mouse was coloured using Copic's.
This is the cutest Mouse in the House.  I absolutely love this sweet mouse.  I had so much fun making this card with the mirror hologram card stock, glitter card and making it look like a Christmas Bauble.

Challenges I'm Entering:
DT FAVOURITE DAGMARA SAID: I'M DELIGHTED WITH THIS DESIGN.  I HAVE A SOFT SPOT FOR RATS, AND THIS ONE IS BEAUTIFULLY COLOURED.

Card Recipe:
1. Base: White French Linen card stock.
2. Card: Holygram card by
3. Giltter card: Rosies Studios
4. Image:  Noel Christmas Mouse Bauble by Polkadoodles PD8216
5. Colour Medium: Copics, C0, C01, C02, C03, C05, RV10, YG03, YG63, G82, and BV13. For additional details, I used gel pens in red, white, black, and silver, adding definition and highlights to the image
6. Tools Used:
7. Glossy Accents:  For the Mouse's Jacket and Hat
8. Dies Used: Large Circles, Spellbinders Scalloped Circles, Lace Circles and Celebrate dies.

9. Embellishments: Silver Twine, Gems and Silver mirror card, all from my stash.

10. Glitter for the Bauble.  To enhance the festive feel, the bauble was coated in glue and sprinkled with glitter that matches the pink glitter card base and a little bit of white for his hat and pompom.

11. Inside and the back of my card.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week crafting, and now it's the countdown to Christmas.

Your little mouse bauble is adorable - at first glance I thought you'd maybe used an old cd and that's given me an idea to use up some of my old ones anyway. Thanks for sharing with us at Love to Craft
