Good morning and welcome to my blog. Currently, I don't have enough hours in a day.
I'm spending some very special time with a friend of mine working on a fundraiser for
Motor Neurone Disease.
She was finally diagnosed in January after a year of testing. She's 59 years young and has been married to her wonderful new husband for 3 years. She has two adult children and will be a nana to her second grandchild any day now.
It's such a cruel disease without a cure, and it's not funded by our government. So they have to rely on donations and funding from different agencies and sources here in New Zealand.
We're having a Trivia night, raffles, and auctions of donated goods. I've just finished all of the Trivia questions, and so much more to do.
Now onto my card, as we have two new sketches and a retro sketch from the past over at
Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Challenge.
