Ladybug Bud

Good morning and welcome to my blog, happy Wednesday.  Last Saturday night my husband and I went to a 1920's evening which was a great night and we all had to dress accordingly, I didn't make a dress but added a few bits and pieces to a dress I already had.  Here's the hair piece I made which will give you some idea.

Congratulations to our winner and top 3 from last week.  Great work everyone and I loved looking at your creativity.

Now, on to this week’s challenge and our fabulous sketch for you to follow…

Sketch # 94

Create your card using this sketch. You can rotate it or flip it – it just has to maintain the essence of the sketch when you create your card.

Don't forget to check the challenge rules, comment on the SSW2 posting for this fortnight and post our sketch on your posting.

We are so happy to welcome back Sami Stamps as our sponsor this week. Samantha Siemers Ratliff is the owner and illustrator of the wonderful images offered at Sami Stamps. You might know Sami as the younger sister of Tammy at A Day For Daisies where she grew up fascinated with art and watching her sister paint all day in her art studio. Sami got her start through her sister’s store and now has an ever expanding selection of her own digi images at Sami Stamps. Sami’s inspiration comes from those things around her that make her happy in hope that it might brighten your day.

Kathie, Your card is GORGEOUS. Great image and love those clothes pins with the ladybug. Perfect paper for the image and beautiful flowers to match. That must have been a hoot of an event that you and your husband went to and that was a great headpiece. Hope you had a blast from the past!
