Welcome to my blog. Today I'm posting this wee card for a special little boy who turned 2 on Saturday.
His birthday was a Thomas The Tank Engine theme. I was stoked about that as my boys loved Thomas and they had a massive train set that I was always adding bits and pieces to over the years and they still have this amazing collection now put away for grandchildren one day. When I found out it was a Thomas party, I thought oh I'll buy a carriage and a lovely hard covered book. Much to my disappointment Thomas in wood isn't being made anymore and now it's plastic, I was saddened about this, I was told that wooden Thomas ceased manufacture in 2017. I haven't bought Thomas and friends for years as my sons are 22 and 20.
Today I'm entering this card in the following challenges.
Challenges:
Card Recipe:
1. Base: White French Linen

I love this Kathie. I had no idea these colouring pages were available from Google and can be used as long as it is for private use. I have saved the same one as I have some young Great Nephews, and for one of them, this will be perfect.

Your Thomas card is lovely Kathie, perfect for a 2 year old. It's such a shame that everything has gone to plastic, my great nephew has a few Thomas trains in metal which his auntie bought him second hand a couple of years ago.
