Overload At School

Guess What?????
My husband and I have been given tickets to the Semi Final
of the Rugby World Cup
New Zealand V's Australia
and the other Semi Final is
Wales V's France
We can't wait.

I have two boys that a very disappointed they aren't going but all the tickets are sold out
and our tickets are $800.00 each so No I won't be buying my boys tickets as children's tickets are the same price as Adults.

'm taking a man that has a broken arm in 2 places!!!

My husband was driving home from work on Sunday afternoon in his brand new Jeep and a car was coming straight for him on the wrong side of the road.
Sorry girls but it was an American Tourist on his way to the airport and he had forgotten what country he was in he was from Washington.  My husband saw him coming there was nothing he could do but to slow down and Mr USA ploughed straight into him.  So for the last 3 1/2 days I've been with him at the hospital on and off for X-Rays and another new cast today that's 2 in 48 hours.  They were going to operate but have decided not to thank goodness.   He's in good spirits, upset about his pride and joy that's his Jeep not me.  It's his left hand and we are all left handed in our household.   He gets a little frustrated as he isn't allowed to drive because of the way his hand has been set in the cast as he isn't allowed to move his thumb.

Well for better news it's Wednesday and that can only mean one thing it's

Congratulations to all our winners this week there were some amazing cards which I hope to finish visiting soon as I spent 6 hours at the hospital today waiting seeing a doctor, and X-Ray seeing the doctor again and another new cast.  He only had a cast put on on Monday that's 2 in 48 hours. I also have both of my boys home as it's school holidays and today it's pouring with rain.

This week Arlana has another

Oh Kathie, I asked Judi and Arlana last night if they had heard from you. I am sooo sorry to hear about your husband. I hope he is doing a little better and will continue to heal ok. I just had a feeling that something wasn't right. I am sorry it was one of us american's too. I must say, I would probably have a hard time driving on a different side than I do. I just wouldn't drive though. Is your DH's jeep fixable. I am sure your DH is unhappy about his new Jeep.
Kathie, don't you just love the image we used. I love what you have done with it. The gingham paper is so perfect. It is a favorite of mine too. I love that you posted your card from the past, too. Well, I hope everything get better for your family. I will be keeping you in my prayers.

Whew, I was going to apologize for visiting late....I have no excuse, lol. Your week has been hectic to say the least and I am sorry in all of our emails that I didn't know about this. You probably thought that I was heartless. Sorry about the accident, but so thankful it wasn't worse. I am like some of the others, would really have to keep our wits about us to remember to drive on the right side of the road. Congrats on the tickets, I know you will enjoy the game.
Loving both of your cards. I really love the gingham, stripes and school themed papers together and your coloring...gorgeous. Hope the week improves.
Hugs, Patti
