Good morning and welcome to my blog, well I'm getting organised today as it's my youngest son Ryan's 14th birthday tomorrow and we'll go down to his boarding school tomorrow night and take the boys out for dinner. Where have those 14 years gone to as it only feels like yesterday that he was this cute little baby.
Today is Wednesday which means we have another
Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2. Congratulation to this weeks winner and to our Top 3 cards great work everyone.
Because it's the end of the month we're using an old sketch
by Arlana Patten.
Sketch 232 revisited
Here's my original card made for
Sweet Sketch Wednesday on
13 November 2013 you can check out my posting here.
Here a sneak preview of inside my card and the out side. This image I've used is Easter Lilies by Deedee's Digis. I thought that this image would make a perfect Sympathy card as I never have any in stock and always have to make one when one is needed hopefully not very often.

Simply Paper Card Design
What a wonderfully done sympathy card Kathie. It is sometimes so hard to convey such a message through a card design. But you, you nailed it with flying colors.. Your corner detail works beautifully with the shiny patterned paper. Your leaf and flower embellishments are so well placed keeping your eye moving around the composition to the wonderfully colored lily.. Excellent job and I want to thank you so much for joining us at BSCB!

Kathie, What a lovely sympathy card. The vase looks wonderful with the glossy accents.
Where does the time go! The kids grow up so fast. I am trying to wrap my head around that Nic is off to college in 30 days! On another note...he is driving me crazy, not doing a thing to help around the house, because he is too tired after work. LOL! I told him welcome to my world!
Your card is gorgeous. The image and all design are so pretty. Thank you so much for joining our challenge at CC & CC. We hope to see you again!
