HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Good morning and welcome to my blog, here in New Zealand it's Friday 7th February and my husband's birthday.  Why do I find it so hard to create a card for someone I love?  If it was an order and I don't know the person I'm making it for it isn't a problem.

Here's a quick peak inside my card and I've used a Patchwork cutting die I've had for donkey's years and never used.

Today I'm going to enter this card in the following challenges.

Challenges I'm Entering:
was this cutting die I've had for at least 6-7 years and never used it.
Scraps of Paper and the gold corners.

Card Recipe:
 1. Base: Kraft Card by Kaisercard
2. Gold card: Gold Mirror card by Uniti, Dark Green Pine Needles by Bazzill and Rose Gold card by Uniti,
3. Design Paper: Story Book 6 x 6 pad by Kaisercraft
4. Completed Patchwork Centre.

5. Sentiment: From Kaisercraft Story Book 6x6

6. Embellishments: Gold metal corners.

A gold button from my stash

7. Dies Used: All dies are from Aliexpress.

8. Tools Used:

9. Inside and the back of the card.
Sentiment PC generated in Typewriter Font

Wishing everyone a lovely weekend and happy crafting.

Nice that you used that beautiful patchwork die, it has become a colorful card and your husband will be pleasantly surprised.

Such a lovely card, of which I know it took you a bit of time to in-lay each of those elements. Turned out fantastic! Thank you for sharing this with us 613 Avenue

I like this quilt design a lot. It looks so real. Our challenge this week though is to use a heart die. Thanks for sharing your card and come back again to Just Us Girls.
