Happy Wednesday, everyone. I don't believe it's fair to celebrate your birthday in December or, even worse, on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Today, over at Polkadoodles Digi Choosday, we're celebrating December birthdays.
As a child, I had to wait until November 30th to celebrate my birthday, and then Christmas. My daughter-in-law is on the 9th of December, and my cousin and very good friend are on the 25th, yes, Christmas Day, and I have two other friends on the 1st January. What's the chance that there are 365 days in a year?
Here's a quick look at the inside of my card.

Card Recipe:
1. Base: Bazzill Lupin
2. Next layer: White French Linen card stock.
3. Design Paper: Polkadoobles DLPD 9189 # 6 Water Colour Flower Stem Set.
4. Image: This is the same black & white image using a PNG file and coloured with copics. It also comes as a pre coloured image.
5. Image coloured with copic markers.

8. Embellishments: Purple gems from my stash, and the mauve ribbon.

Totally agree about timing of Birthday's, my MIL was 27th December and it used to get lost among Christmas activities.

It's a gorgeous card!! My son's birthday is December 18th, he always thought I took some of his Christmas presents for his birthday presents, he was right LOL!!

An awesome card with a fantastic design. The flower paper is gorgeous and the colouring is great.
I share the same opinion. My brother's birthday is the 21st and my mother's is the 6th of January, that is the traditional day to give our Christmas gifts in Spain. So in the case of my mother I always try to give her another day of the year a gift and it makes it more special.

Beautiful birthday card! My MIL, nephew, and sister's birthdays are on December 23, 24, and 25. So it has happened from time to time that one of them got lost in the Christmas rush :I
