Potted Colour Sweet Sketch Wednesday Sketch # 99

Good morning it's a little gloomy today as its rained for the last 24 hours, well I've got to expect something as it is Autumn.  Well Easter is over and the new school term starts next Monday but before that we have a Royal Wedding to watch on Television as I wasn't one of the lucky ones to get an invite!!!!

Good morning followers, up until the past weekend we've had amazing weather it rained all Saturday and Sunday wasn't much better then on Monday is was windy and really really cold, cold enough to turn the electric blanket on our bed and today it was lovely warm and sunny again so what's happening in this world regarding Mr Weatherman.  We also had our first snow fall for the season down on the mountains so winter is just around the corner and a nice long  Easter weekend coming up.

Today is Wednesday and that means it's Sweet Sketch Wednesday
Sketch #98 we are counting down to sketch 100 in a couple of weeks a blog hop and to have more than 400 followers.

This week Arlana has another wonderful sketch for us this was really fun to work with but I always find that I either make my circles to BIG or to small.   I was really pleased with my cards I new what I was going to do as soon as I purchased the green paper with the white polka dots.

Don't you love this flower I bought,
I designed my card around the green polka dot paper and the flower and I had the perfect ribbon to match.

Both dresses and presents were paper pieced on both cards, I did find this quite funny as I'm so use to colouring my images and taking time.

Strawberry Fields For Ever

Good morning and welcome to another wonderful Wednesday.  It's so warm here today that I've noticed our Spring Bulds coming through, it's Autumn here and we haven't had winter yet!!!

  Wednesday can only mean one thing it's Sweet Sketch Wednesday and we're counting down now to the big century #100.
On the 4th May 2011 Sweet Sketch Wednesday will be celebrating our 100th sketch.  Each sketch has been designed by our own very talented Arlana Patten so I do hope you can join us to celebrate the occasion .

Butterflies Sweet Sketch Wednesday Sketch #96

             Pure Innocence 

Oh where Oh where has this last week gone, here we are in the first week of April already and we have just finished daylight savings which means it's lighter in the mornings and darker here at night.  That can only mean one thing winter is upon us but our weather is still very warm.   Liam finishes school on Friday his first term at Boarding School has gone already.  He has 3 weeks school holidays and his brother has 2 so it will be nice to spend so quality time together.

A Boy's Birthday Card

"Happy 9th Birthday Britton"

Today is Sunday and it's Brittons birthday, Britton is a very good friend of my youngest son.  He's at his party at the moment playing Laserstrike.  It's meant to be Autumn here but today is still very hot and not raining.  I know that Britton loves Soccer and his X-Box I made him a Soccer card a few years ago so I knew this was a perfect image for him.

Flowers for Mum "Sweet Peas"

As I just adore Sweet Peas and colouring flowers I thought I would make this card for Mothers Day, we don't celebrate Mother's Day until the second Sunday in May in New Zealand but this card is for the Northern Hemisphere.

Design Paper: Pavlova Papers Lime Scroll and the reverse side is the Mauve and Line Polka Dots.  This paper is New Zealand made and manufactured they have some awesome papers.

Good morning it's Wednesday yet again.  We have another wonderful Autumn morning here in New Zealand, I really don't think Mr Weatherman knows what he's doing as it doesn't feel like Autumn.  My youngest son starts Soccer on Saturday for his winter sports and my eldest son is still finishing off his summer sport which is Cricket and has a game on Saturday.

Good morning I know it's Autumn here in New Zealand but Mother Nature still thinks it's summer may it carry on for a couple more months I say!!!

Today is Wednesday which is the middle of the working week and it also means its
Wednesday seems to get quicker every week or am I getting slower???  This is one day of the week I do look forward too as well as the weekend when I have our family together back from school.

I made the BABY PIN using a pin and the alphabetical beads then I put a pink seed bead in between each letter they were also glued onto the pinI also coloured my hearts with my copics, when I buy them they're cream so I colour them to match my colours I'm using.
