Little Strawberry

Good Wednesday morning and welcome to my blog.  Congratulations to our winner from last week and to our Top 3 cards.

This week Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 design team were allowed to use their favourite rubber stamp or digital image.  Well where do I start as I have so many favourites!!!
I could have chosen from 100's but in the end I had to realistic and look what was going to work with this weeks sketch, and as it's spring here in New Zealand it won't be long before Strawberry season and I adore Strawberries one of my favourite fruit that's why I chose the image that I did.

Sketch #027
You can use either a Hexagon or Circle

Here's my card using a Clear Dollar Digital Stamp (which is now Clearly I Stamps) Little Strawberry.

As we don't have a sponsor this week Sally has kindly offered
blog candy which is going to be a surprise  and our lucky recipient will receive
Design Papers
Stamps
and of course Embellishments which we all love.

So don't forget to get all those entries in and you can enter more than once so get crafting.

Kathie,I just love that image and your beautiful coloring. Hope you had a wonderful Father's Day. I was right...I gave my Dad some framed artwork and he put on card over the corner of the artwork and set it on the table to be displayed together. He is so cute how he appreciates my cards. Enjoy your week.

Hello Kathie,
Your cards are always so beautiful! I love this strawberry image! Your citrus strawberry paper is so perfect and I love the embossing folder you used too! It is so Berry Sweet! Hope you are doing well. Life has been rather busy for me. Not sure when things will slow down but it is always nice to take a moment and reconnect.
Have a great week!
Hugs, Judi

You do such a nice job matching your papers to your image. I LOVE that lime/strawberry paper and your gingham ribbon. That strawberry looks delicious too, with the glossy effects on it. Great card Kathie.

I thought of Arlana when I saw the sentiment for your card. "So berry sweet". That strawberry looks like I could pick it right off the vine. It is a beautiful card!! I sent the day yesterday cleaning out my garage. What a chore. But, it looks so much better. I bought some shelves and organized everything. It looks great and it makes me happy to have accomplished something other than making cards. LOL.
Have a great rest of the day.
